Thanks to the built-in noise reduction function, the loudspeaker microphone produces a clear, high-volume (up to 103 dB) audio signal. The new 3.5-mm plug is designed for industrial applications. It offers a safety screw for attaching the plug to a smartphone and is compatible with current and future ecom products. Additional headsets, such as the new intrinsically safe SM1P Bluetooth® headset series, can be easily connected using the standard 3.5-mm plug.
The intrinsically safe SM1P headsets enable high-noise Bluetooth®, radio, headset-to- headset communication, and face-to-face communication in hazardous environments that require ATEX / IECEx or CSA certification. Users benefit from clear wireless communication while still protecting their hearing and remaining aware of the surrounding work environment. The series is available in three different versions: headband, helmet mount and behind-the-neck. Via Bluetooth® the headset is compatible with two-way-radios and ecom mobile devices and smartphones.
