The new Tab-Ex® 03 offers state-of-the-art technology for industrial use in hazardous areas. It is equipped with Google's Android 11 with update guarantee. Compared to the previous version, the new Tab-Ex® 03 tablet also offers improved data and device security, for example through the new Enterprise Edition of Samsung Knox. This also guarantees basic protection, for example against malware and data protection hacks.
Android Enterprise Recommended
Since the base device of the Tab-Ex 03, the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3, is part of the Android Enterprise Recommended program, consistent and easy deployment of guaranteed Android upgrades and regular security patches within 90 days of release by Google is ensured. Users save time and money on device deployment and maintenance.
PC-like environment with Samsung DeX
With the help of Samsung DeX, the Tab-Ex 03 can be quickly and easily used like a desktop PC. All that is needed is to connect a wireless keyboard and mouse as well as an HDMI-capable monitor via the Multiport DeX adapter. This quickly and easily transforms a tablet for mobile use into a full-fledged desktop that ensures a high level of work comfort. In this way, companies can implement a "one-device strategy" and therefore save considerable hardware, software, and administration costs.
Google ARCore
Due to integrated Google ARCore, the tablet can also be used for augmented reality applications and is ready for future-oriented applications in Industry 4.0.
