These "Service Level Agreements" are specially customised for ecom's top mobile computing and communication products and devices, such as the Cx7x PDA series, the world's first intrinsically safe PDA with WWAN functionality (the i.roc® Ci70 -Ex), the new Smart-Ex® and Ex-Handy devices and, of course, the world's first tablet computers certified for use in Zone 1 / Division 1 (the Tab-Ex® series).

Signing up for ecom's service package ensures minimum downtime as well as predetermined costs and exceptional ecom services:

  • Transparent and calculable Total Cost of Ownership with no unplanned repair bills or service fees
  • No additional delays or internal costs due to the raising purchase orders to cover repair work
