Push-to-Talk over Cellular (PTToC, PoC)

Push-to-Talk over Cellular (PTToC, PoC) is a function that allows a smartphone or mobile phone to be used as a walkie-talkie to communicate with one or more users in a pre-defined group. As is the case with a walkie-talkie, the user needs to press a button while speaking. This function requires a Push-to-Talk enabled smartphone or mobile phone.
