In one quick rotation the Getac V100-Ex2 Rugged Laptop transforms into a tablet PC. Designed with the industrial environment in mind the Getac V100-Ex2 is both MIL-STD 810G certified and IP65 compliant and composes of a magnesium alloy case, a shock-protected HDD, with sealed I/O caps and covers to prevent ingress damage.

The Getac V100-Ex2 is the enhanced successor of the successful V100-Ex the first product of a joint venture between ecom instruments GmbH, Germany and GETAC Technology Corporation, Taiwan.
Featuring an Intel® Core™ i7 -640UM vPro™-Processor with Turbo boost technology the Getac V100-Ex2 rugged notebook is an invaluable tool that gives maintenance engineers and inspectors incredible performance at even the most critical of moments no matter how harsh the enviroment.
The Getac V100-Ex2 features a sunlight readable 10.4” LCD Display and a water- and dustproof full-sized keyboard with an optional backlit rubber keyboard upgrade available.
The Getac V100-Ex2 can also be equipped with an integrated 2M pixel webcam, a GPS receiver and with optional 3.5G WWAN operators are able to efficiently report their work status with great accuracy in realtime.
