Lone Worker

Lone workers are employees who work alone on the grounds of a company or factory, including those who work during nights and weekends. They are often out of sight and beyond the reach of colleagues or the control room, subjecting them to greater risk.

Lone workers cannot be helped immediately in case of emergencies or accidents. For this reason, they are often equipped with communication devices or are monitored by lone worker protection systems.
