The Alarm Control Center is developed in Germany and reliably forwards messages from control and visualization systems to smartphones, cellphones, pagers and many other end devices.
The ACC App processes and acknowledges messages of the Alarm Control Center (Version 4.8 and higher). It clearly lists all messages that have been received. Additional details can be viewed, e.g. the time when the message was received or was gone. The communication is done via text messaging or via TCP. Features
- The app shows who has acknowledged a message.
- If a colleague has acknowledged a message, his name and address will be displayed. If his address is a valid phone number, you can call him directly.
- The speed of the text to speech can be set.
