Dashpivot

Dashpivot is a project delivery tool which enables industrial companies to document, organise and track their work in real-time.

The system is designed specifically for industrial companies (civil, building, mining, oil and gas, manufacturing etc.), and covers commercial, health and safety, quality, environmental and field-based financial reporting in one integrated management system.

Easy to use in the field and from any location with full offline mode, internal and external parties can use the app to fill out forms, take and attach photos, sign off digitally, markup PDFs and drawings, and trigger and manage workflows.

Sitemate technologies also built the Sitemate app, which can be used in conjunction with Dashpivot, enabling contactless signatures on Dashpivot documents including inductions, toolbox talks, permits, method statements, JSAs and more. Contactless signatures are faster and more secure than manual signatures on paper or tablets, and also improve site hygiene.

Dashpivot is used in 150+ countries and by projects of all sizes, from mega projects to small remote sites.
