The inspector selects a template and conduct an inspections. Once the inspection is finished, you generate a PDF report or make an export of data for processing in other systems (this is customization).
InspectDirect works within the browser and therefor installing an app is not necessary. Just open the browser on the desktop, tablet or smartphone and you can manage your clients, inspectors, templates and inspections.
