Intrinsix OM is available as a complete module solution or in component parts - Intrinsix Ex (Hazardous Areas), Intrinsix HCR (Hydrocarbon Releases), Intrinsix WM (Work Management) and Intrinsix OR (Operator Rounds).

Intrinsix Ex - The benefits delivered by Intrinsix Ex are focussed on the efficient use of equipment through intelligent inspections, including risk based inspections. Compliant with IEC 60079 standards and ATEX directives, Intrinsix Ex utilises intrinsically safe handheld technology, providing visibility, accuracy and control, therefore improving efficiency, reliability and ultimately extending asset life.

Intrinsix HCR - HCRs are high profile risks in the industry. Intrinsix HCR meets Energy Institute guidelines for HCR-related equipment such as flexible hoses, small bore tubing and flanges, so that inspections and related activities are carried out effectively, promoting compliance. Intrinsix HCR minimises the risk of HCRs and plant shutdown, maximises production revenues and ensures a safer working environment.

Intrinsix WM - Intrinsix WM uses ruggedised intrinsically-safe handheld mobile devices with AIDC technology to better utilise frontline inspection and maintenance personnel and gives instant accurate results, enabling faster identification and implementations of corrective actions and process improvements. Remedial maintenance notifications are raised and can be passed back to an ERP system, where work orders can be raised and passed back to the handhelds for execution.

Intrinsix OR - Not all control systems manage 100% of a plant's equipment. In such cases, it is vital that all readings are collected on a daily basis to ensure equipment continues to operate effectively. Intrinsix OR collects data at prescribed points, checking against defined operating thresholds. Instant remedial notifications are issued if readings are outwith the thresholds and the integrity of the plant is at risk or there is an imminent risk to the safety of personnel.
