The iTProtection Lone Worker Application is in combination with the user friendly iTelematics HL control software a cus­tomer oriented, easy to operate, BG-conform person emergency system (PNA). iTProtection is easy to download to a smart­phone and registers automatically at the alarm center software like BOSCH Sicherheitssysteme.

iTProtection operates as follows:

Pressing the SOS touch or side key: Instant alarm!
In case of inclination, no motion or tear-off detection a pre-alarm is triggered which after a local warn-time will start the alarm process.
A voice call is made to the control center and an alarm message including localization information is transferred within seconds.
The control center calls for aid.
Other users in the vicinity are automatically informed via iTProtection.
The E2E check controls the data communication with the iTelematics-HL control center. The functional test is used to check the alarm functionalities. The solution fulfills German BG regulations.
