Netop Remote Control provides secure access and remote support to devices and end users. It is useful for technical support teams, customer service agents and network administrators.
The basic components of Netop Remote Control consist of two remote control software modules:
- The Guest installed on the technician’s computer and
- the Host installed on the target machine or mobile device
With Netop Security Server, organizations can manage permissions for hundreds to thousands of users while complying with security regulations and implemented policies.
