Plant Check

Power Plants, Oil refineries, Cement factories and any other industrial facility doing routine checks with check lists will benefit from XPSOES LLC Plant Check (trm).

Instead of using paper forms checks are performed with an Android phone. Check points can be identified with group, arrow keys and NFC tags. After finishing the round the check data with alarm notes, pictures and videos will be transferred to the web application with a single click. This can be done via WIFI network or USB cable (WIFI network is not necessary). Data is stored in databases with unlimited capacity.

Besides automated data logging it features big data processing, KPI provision, plots and analysis lists for engineering & planning.

Setup DEMO version:

1. Go to https://www.plantcheck.net/cloud/# and activate your account.
2. Account: ecom; Username: plant; Password: check
3. Go to http://www.plantcheck.net/download/cloud/app-release.apk and install the app
4. You might need to allow unknown sources on your Android device:
   Settings --> Security --> Unknown sources: ON
5. Run the app and setup before first use:
   Enter the Server IP Address: plantcheck.net/cloud
   Enter the Account name: ecom
   Enter the password for server: ecom
   Press the button "LIST CHECK MODULES" --> The following modules will appear:
   CCGT Plant, Refinery & HSE
6. Long press the check module you want to use:
   Click "Setup" & enter the code for check module:
   (for CCGT Plant): module1
   (for Refinery): module2
   (for HSE): module3
7. The selected module will appear-->press "close"
8. Start using!
