MY APP Link is an innovative service for lone workers’ protection (accident, illness, aggression, etc.).
As a personal safety solution, MY APP Link allows any lone worker to alert and be rescued as soon as possible, whatever the sector of activity or the workplace. Installed on a smartphone or tablet, this mobile application allows to send geo-localized alerts, whether voluntary (SOS) or automatic (if desired, in the event of no-motion detection), transmitted over a secure protocol.
In France, these alerts are received and processed by an emergency platform 24/7. At the international level, alerts are handled in "autocare" mode. They are received and processed by the client company itself: its Security Control Center if any, or managers in charge, the alerts being received via e-mails or SMS.
Alert Processing
- In France, the MY APP Link license includes the service of the 24/7 emergency platform in charge of receiving and processing alerts.
- The platform manages alerts according to personalized instructions, communicated by the customer, for each MY APP LINK application account.
- The setting of these instructions is carried out by MY ANGEL or our partner.
Outside of France
- The MY APP Link application will be deployed in English language.
- Regarding the reception and processing of alerts, MY ANGEL offers "Autocare" operation. The alerts must be self-managed by the user company. The managers concerned will receive the alerts via SMS and / or emails.

License Duration
- The license lasts for 4 years.
- PLEASE NOTE: A MY APP Link license is not transferable from one smartphone (tablet) to another. Indeed, each license is linked to the mobile device on which the application is installed.
- ONLY if purchased as part of an offer packaged with a smartphone, the license is transferable during the warranty period of the smartphone on which the application has been initially installed.

Customizable, MY APP Link has many features to best adapt to the workstation and daily life of its users, in particular:
- Key features:
- Voluntary alert (SOS)
- Cancellable pre-alert (prevents false alarm)
- Geolocation (only when the alert is issued)
- Optional functions (included in the license):
- No-motion detection
- Setting of the no-motion period beyond which a pre-alert will be raised
- Prolonged ringing after triggering (facilitates the location of the lone worker)
- Temporary cancellation of no-motion detection:
- Meeting mode (smartphone placed horizontally)
- Privacy mode (smartphone not used / outside working hours)
- Easier issuance of voluntary alerts (double-click on the volume button)
- Discretion (in case of risk of aggression):
- Silent mode (no sound emitted when an alert is issued)
- Passive listening (On receipt of an alert, the operator of the emergency platform hears what is happening in the user's environment)
